On 17 October 2013, based on the company's web advertising and review of a few reviews which were all positive,  I ordered one software named Office for Mac 2011 Home & Businesss, for $149 download, using me American Express credit card to pay. A company emplpyee, named April, called to confirm my order. Somehow, my order was interpreted by the company as ordder for Office for Mc 2011 Home amd Student at $89.99. I emailed the company, att. April, informing her of the error and insisting I did not want the Home & Student version but did want the Home & Business version.

Shelly Juarez, another company employee, named Shelly Juarez, emailed confirmation of an orderr for the Home & Student version. By email, I reminded her again that I did not want the Home & Student version. On receipt of my American Express statement, I noticed I had been charged 3 times for the sum of $149 and 1 time for $89.99.  The same statement also showed 2 creduts for $149. It now appeares that on two of my calls, the company had charged my credit card for new consecutive orders of the Home & Business versions.

At trhe time, the error appeared to be that of employees illtrained in the use of computers for booking the order. Therefore, it did not occur to us, at the time, to filing of a complaint report. After a further exchange of emails and phone calls, on 3 December 203, Shelly Juarez agreed to credit my card for $89.00. Shelly then emailed me a link and a KEY, which she later claimed to be for the Home & Bysiness version.

Since then, my recorded calls for assistance and refund of the Home & Student version have been intercepted by robots and my requests for the proper link and key to the Home & Business version have gone unanswered. No further credit was every made to my American Express credit card. Since then too, I have tried to download and install the Home & Business version, using the link provided by Shelly Juarez' email but installation failed. Meanwhile, we continued to se an earlier version of Office for Mac and the issue faded from view til a recent audit.

I have thus been ripped off for 239.98, but to be fair, I do not think the ripoff was intentional from the start but may have become so later on,
