I have been fradulently signed up for and charged to be a 'member' of ez saver rewards. It all stemmed after making an order from pro flowers. I noticed my creditcard being charged $14.95 from ezsver RW 800--355-1837 PA. I did not authorize ezsaver or proflowers to add these charges. When it showed on screen after ordering my flowers I chose 'no' under all options and still I've been charged. This should be illegal!!
I noticed the problem when there was a $14.95 charge on my credit card I did not recognize. I contacted the number on my credit card statement. The customer service rep Helen advised that this is something I wanted. NOPE! Told her this is bull and her company is ripping people off with charges sneaking on their bill. Here's the IMPORTANT PART: She said she would be happy to issue the credit, and asked if there was anything else. I said the credit for $1.95 in May and then $14.95 the next 3 months ($46.80)? She goes no just the $14.95. I told her she better give me the whole credit or I would let MasterCard know to remove the charges anyway and that can't look good. Then she said she would credit me the whole amount after speaking with a manager for 10 seconds... big surprise!
I do not recommend dealing with ProFlowers even though the flowers were cheap and beautiful now I know why.

I assumed my unauthorized charges were of Proflowers, after finding this it's confirmed.

I just realized there were charges on my account that weren't authorized. I checked the date they started and it was the same as a Proflower order. I called the number supplied on my statement and couldn't connect with a live person with submitting my credit card so did a search. The message said to visit online. The website is not active and now know why. The original complaint came up in search and confirmed my what I suspected. It is Proflowers. I've written my bank and will also file a complaint with BBB. If anyone's interested in a class action suit or whatever. I'm game. I'm tired of being taken advantage of. I did not agree to anything other than to purchase flowers for my mother. These people need to be stopped.

Awfully,
This "mistake" seems to happen ALOT with Proflowers....
You ever used Google ?????
Try it sometime... It's really easy.
You put in "easysaver" in the search window and hit go.........
Hope you have a lot of time to look through the complaints because you will need it.
FYI - My boss was even taken by this scam from Proflowers. He runs a multi-million dollar business and in a very tough industry.. He is not easily fooled.. Lucky for him, he just had his secretary take care of it. He will not buy from Proflowers again either..
I assume what Proflowers is doing is not illegal (they are still in busines...), but it is VERY unethical at best... I can guarantee you I will not buy anything from them again..
If you feel the need to buy some flowers from them, then knock yourself out......

They made a mistake. Wow, a huge internet based corporation made a mistake. Whoda thunk. You got your money back and you got your flowers. I'm sure you're not perfect either.
