Moved to Casper, Wy. finally free from original abusive lenders. My bank account was near empty after the ordeal. I settled into the new home only to receive letter after letter with notification of delinquent mortgage payments on the home I sold. I called Fairbanks , they assured me they would take of it, mistake they claimed.

Also, my title company paid them in advance of my payment that month so I asked that it be returned to me. It was 1600.00 and more or less stolen. Never got a response. So I started calling this new lender, they claimed I owed this debt even after I sent them legal documents from the Title Co., they said we will investigate and sent a letter with the documents they would need to find I did not owe the debt.

Imagine , they wanted copies of Drivers Lisence, Social Security Card, proof of my income and a bank statement. I said , sure I will sent those right now so you can have the missing information to in fact link me to this fraudulent situation. I hired an atty. that got the ball rolling. This was March of 2000.

I am finally told no you don't own the loan in November of 2000. Eight months later!!!! I did sue and received a small settlement but it was not enough to fix my then situation. I lost some income with the move and needed desparately a small loan to get me through my ex-husbands contempt on child support and maint. payments. But, I had too many obligations in respect to my income... Imagine that, I lost everything..., Chase foreclosed, no forebearance, no short sale, not one d**n thing from HUD (sorry but you abandoned us)just a phone that kept ringing, messages were returned with no , no , no. At one point they said just sell. Just sell ,this is my home, with equity. And it was FHA so they were going to have to pay these thiefs anyway. Why would HUD not budge??

The last call I made to them (HUD) the office had closed down! I wonder if they were even HUD?? My home , my car was repoed, my credit ruined ,my attorney bailed on me without more money to redo what was already a court order. What is going on in this world? I live in a trailer now, my son has gone without,and I have been relasped into an illness that after my divorce was on the mend. To sue Fairbanks was another money issue and noone would take it on without a 3000.00 retainer. I need to eat and get on with my life. My time was ripped from me with worry and wasted days when I should have been healing with my child from a failed marriage.

I wrote the legal dept. in Utah and Fairbanks of course blames the other, which although I am under a gag order they said they would answer a lawful subpeona or regulatory inquiry and admitted no guilt. Fairbanks lost my home for me. And , I would like to have something back from all reported. You certainly can not pay back time and tradition. For this I am very sad for us all.
