Why is it that a manager at my store is allowed to have her sig. other in the store after close and in the back room while the store is open? I dont understand I have been a manager at other stores and have NEVER seen this kind of behavior allowed.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Not Okay against company policy

AUTHOR: Bridget - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 04, 2006

That's actually against company policy unless the significant other is also an employee of the company. If you feel that it is an issue and it is affecting the job at hand, contact corporate at the number that should be listed on the poster in the back room or call your DM. You can even call the Corporate from a payphone and make it an annonymous call claiming to be a customer.
