FastLoan4Me Check Drawn fr/Account w/No Authorization - Phone # doesn't work and emails return as undeliverable Internet

I checked my bank account online today and discovered that FastLoan4Me issued themselves a check from my account for $30. Who are these people? I have called the company repeatedly but am told via a nebulous electronic voice that they are experiencing a high call volume and I am then transferred to a voice mail box - that doesn't exist! There is a continual busy signal with no opportunity to contact anyone. So I tried the next step by sending an email to the address indicated on the company's website. What a surprise - all emails come back as undeliverable! Anybody interested in a class action suit? This company is completely illegitimate - and I read the fine print on their website and saw nothing about any fees.
