Took $30 from my bank account without my knowledge. Could not get through by phone but did send e-mail. They responded to e-mail saying that the charge was for services rendered and was nonrefundable. However I never did business with this company and the services I was charged for occurred 3 months before and with another company that is well known!! Would like to get my money back!!
