fatcow webhosting Ripoff, No Refund they are the same as Ipage. Burlington, Maine

I signed up with Ipage to give them a try and the servers keep crashing.
They Offered money back. But They They Never Did.
so I Signed up with fatcow and their servers keep crashing, It turns out that they are one and the same. I was told they will refund my account for both services but 6 months later No Refund. But they do keep sending me emails that my account with them is supended for none use. Go figer..
They will not tell you they are the same service but if you do a who is search you will see that they are. how many names do they have and do they ripoff everyone. nice money making business.
