This company bullied an animal rescue and had their Facebook page shut down, under the guise of trademark violations. Their trademark is specific to pet grooming services and products, and their logo. The rescue attacked by this company was not using their logo, nor were they providing grooming supplies or services. Even after informing the company that they were mistaken regarding the trademark violations, they continued to attack and bully the rescue and their volunteers. Their actions prevented a non-profit devoted to dog rescue from requesting help, coordinating with volunteers, and sharing dogs available for adoption.

As the owner of the company, I contacted the owner of the dog rescue. They offered adoptions, grooming and other services. Yes, Faux Paws is a registered trademark in four categories.
When I contacted Heidi the owner, I offered to help her come up with a new name and spread the word. She immidiately showed her colors with F-words and worse.
At that point I knew there was no resolution. I contacted my attorney and had a cease and desist letter sent with 30 days notice.
Heidi and her organization bombarded my email, facebook page as well as yelp, merchant circle and more- slandering my company.
At no time other than the first was Heidi or any of her volunteers contacted by me. No other contact was made except via my attorney with the cease and desist letter.
Before you commit lible it would be wiser to know the facts.
