FDRS Forward-Recover FDRS (or whatever name they're using now) ripped me off like thousands of others!!! Internet

I was just in the middle of typing a complaint in response to Tim from AZ - then the screen went blank!  That is almost as frustrating as working with FDRS!!!  Tim, I signed up with FDRS just about the same time as you.  In May of 2006 I began my supposed 18 mo until Financial Freedom - - - the 1st two mo. they took $1050. then approx. $526. for another 16 mo. (a total of approx $10,600.).  I first worked with Melanie; she was very nice & seemed helpful & caring...   As time went on I talked with many others & it became MORE confusing all the time.  I, too, had to deal with CCDN & Tracy Webster; he was rude & condicsending (sorry if that's mispelled) &  I told the Rep. at FDRS about him. 

I was told then that FDRS had been having problems with him & CCDN; they were in the process of canceling their contract with CCDN and obtaining their own 'in house' Legal Dept.  Every day was a nightmare!!!  All the phone calls, mail & summonds at the door & all the filing documents at different Courthouses in different counties in NY (on Long Island) - - I didn't have a car & didn't know my way around because I'm NOT from NY but only staying with family for awhile due to ill health (on disability; ashamed to admit), going to different Hearings and mediations without knowing even what to say because I was told NOT to mention anything about FDRS to any Lawyers or Courts!  So, Tim, did you ever get any of your money back?  Did you contact the D.A.? 

I could certainly use my $10,600. back!!! Plus, I think these people should all be in Prison/jail or at least STOPPED from hurting so many innocent people.  Yes, I got myself into this - but I did NOT deserve what happened to me & neither did ANYONE ELSE!!!  How do we get refunded AND how do we STOP them???   Anxious to hear from you and from anyone who has gone through what I have (or worse); we all have enough information to stop these Frauds!  Do any of you want others to go through this???  I, for one, DO NOT!!!  Let's band together and get a Class Action Suit against them and STOP them from stealing from others and maybe get some of what we lost and get our dignity back.....  PLEASE HELP IN THIS IMPORTANT CAUSE..........
