Fema Today is a DBA of a SCAM COMPANY that uses businesses trust and hope in working with FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) and the federal government agencies in order to collect in return millions of dollars of SCAM MONEY from small businesses, and handy men such as carpenters, painters, roofers, plumbers and so on....

"Fema TODAY" does not deserve your money if you are a business simply because you will get nothing out of your investment, you will rather end up in a battle with them asking for a refund that you will never receive.

In a few words, what "FEMA Today" does is publishes a SCAM DUMMY DIRECTORY full of ads of fake or scammed companies telling them that these nationwide directories are to be sent out to FEMA Procurement officers. These companies in return hope to receive a phone call one day from FEMA or other GVMT agencies in order to supply their products and services.

Since these are dummy SCAM directories, they stay in the premises of "Countryside Publishing" which is their own publishing company.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has been contacted directly through multiple locations in the nation to verify if they know anything about fema today and they have confirmed that they have never heard by them and that there has never been any relationship established with them nor a contract to justify any of their SCAM actions. They have asked from us and any other businesses out there to stay away from them, but that was only after they got our money.

SINCE OWNED BY THE SAME SCAMERS- This company or Group of companies (FEMA Today, GSA 1000, Countryside Publishing, Federal suppliers...) deserve to be shut down completely and legal actions are to be taken by law enforcement agencies (FEMA/DHS or others) for what they have caused to their communities and to small businesses. We defy any business who says any different about their products and services. The list is very long and all you will hear is complaints and regret from many thousands of businesses hurt by these BIG PONZI SCAMMERS who call themselves "FEMA TODAY".

The biggest world class law suit should be filed against this company. Hundreds of companies will back up this law suit simply because they have been scammed as I have.

STAY AWAY FROM "FEMA TODAY", "COUNTRYSIDE PUBLISHING", "GSA 1000", "FEDERAL SUPPLIERS GUIDE" THEY ARE ALL SCAM AND DIHONEST PEOPLE AND I AND HUNDREDS OF OTHER BUSINESSES HAD TO LEARN IT THE HARD WAY!!!

It is a scam...don't believe anything else.

POSTED: Sunday, April 17, 2011

Dear Consumers....I worked for these guys for a couple years and yes, it's an unbelievable joke and a major scam. Not only do they rip the consumer off but they also rip off their own employees. They treat them like dirt and fire them in groups. Not at all the pleasant working environment they want to portray. I can honestly say that I couldn't even tell you if the "Federal Suppliers Guide" even exists because I've only seen a couple as "samples" to show a potential customer. The company exists under several names and keeps changing when the heat is on. Even their own "testimonials" are written by themselves.....

GSA 1000, GSA Preview, FEMA Today, Federal Suppliers Guide, Countryside Publishing - Whatever it is called.

As a former employee, I have a acronym for you - F.D.L.E.  Florida Department of Law Enforcement - not only is this company (GSA Preview, GSA 1000, FEMA Today, Contryside Publishing, Federal Supplier's Guide - whatever they call themsleves) a scam.

Here is a link to current contractors with a current GSA Contract - not necessarily from GSA Preview.  If you think you will be found in this telephone book, good luck.  And by the way, the paper work is not that long - an attorney will help you for a very nominal fee or the General Services Administration will help you themselves - for free!  They offer local classes at no cost and the schedule of assistance programs is on the government website -  http://www.gsa.gov/Portal/gsa/ep/home.do?tabId=0.

This link is on the GSA.gov site and lists alphabetically all companies that have contracts - and what is currently up for bid.  There are literally 10's of thousands of companies with only so much work to go around.  Remember, it is your tax dollars that are being spent by the US Government on these programs but business is business.  Everyone has to earn a living.  (http://www.gsaelibrary.gsa.gov/ElibMain/contractorList.do?contractorListFor=A)   I would certainly look there - but don't forget the FDLE - and this time, maybe the state police can do something for you.  Can't guarantee you will get your money back, but the satisfaction may be worth it.

We Were Also Scammed by GSA 1000 aka GSA Preview

AUTHOR: Patrick - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, April 26, 2010

Our company recently experienced firsthand the type of fraudulent and deceptive business practices that "GSA 1000" dba "GSA Preview" employs. We signed up with GSA 1000 to process our application to the GSA in late December 2009 upon the promise by our sales associate that we could "list any product that we sell" on the GSA. After paying the $6,500 fee to utilized GSA 1000's services to process our GSA application, we were told by the low-level processor handling our case that in order to list any product for sale on the GSA, we would have to prove that we sold that exact item in the past 12 months. This government rule is fine by us except for the fact that our salesman promised us a completely different reality. This meant that if we are authorized to sell 10,000 different models of equipment and we only sold 100 of those 10,000 in the previous 12 months, then we are only able to list and sell those 100 models. The other 9,900 models of equipment would have to just wait until we sold one on the open market before we would be able to list them on the GSA. This key bit of information was deceptively withheld from us by GSA 1000 until after they had our $6,500 in their possession.

Additionally, when I called in to get the supervisor of the "Processing Department" I got a woman named Mary V. who condescendingly tells me that Mark, the salesman who closed us on the deal is "out of the office on special assignment". Stranger still is the fact that on the very same day, the front desk receptionist tells me that Mark is no longer employed with GSA 1000. When we demanded a refund in full of the $6,500, Ms. V cites the agreement that said they do not issue refunds no matter the situation. Evidently, fraud and false advertising on GSA 1000's part will not merit a refund. They directed me to their legal department from whom I am waiting a response to my certified letter request for refund.

GSA Preview believes it is perfectly acceptable to engage in false advertising and sales techniques and deliver something completely different than promised. We received a response today from their in-house legal counsel that stated in no uncertain terms that they will not be refunding our money, even though they engaged in blatant false advertising and sales practices.

Federal Suppliers Guide/GSA 1000

AUTHOR: RifkahHazell - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, April 19, 2010

I personally worked for this company BEFORE it was purchased in 2006. Since the acquisition I had the displeasure of working for the new owner for several months. I personally know firsthand how fraudulent this company is. First of all it is NOT owned by a woman but a man named Jim. Secondly they used their own employees as personal references for outside companies. Since the owner owns multiple companies it was very easy to lie to unsuspecting customers who couldn't know the possible fraud being perpetuated on their business. They don't have an accurate list of the federal stock codes, if you do any research you can see that they are wrong in some categories. I have several (at least 20 copies) of the CD's that have thousands of customers on them and I am willling to submit them all as evidence to the fact that 99.9 percent of them would claim the did not receive one dollar for advertising in the guide. Being able to witness firsthand the absolute corruptness of this business made me sick to my stomach. I am sure I can provide a list of other employees who worked for the fomer employer and we could ALL confirm the truth to the fraud committed daily by this company. I personally will come forward in a court of law and attest to the fraud I witnessed.

Still waiting for "Peter F" to supply some proof...

As a current employee, I can also confirm the statements by Michael G. above. We deal with the GSA on a daily basis. Our objective is to get your company on the GSA contractor list. We process the application to do this, with information you provide. If anyone out there has seen this application, you know it is a monumental task. One only has to look at our website to view numerous testimonials.

I can appreciate the value of a site such as this, I'm sure many headaches have been saved because of it, on the flip side however, I'm sure there are many bogus 'reports' as well. One must be diligent when using information off the web.

Feel free to call myself or Michael for further information.

1st Impressions

AUTHOR: Michael G - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 03, 2009

Hello Peter and all reading this. As week and ago I was NOT employed by GSA1000. I came across this report roughly a week ago amongst others and decided to do my own due diligence and see first hand. I was interviewed by Joe and was offered a position as a closer. After my own professional observations, I decided to take the position. It is now Wednesday. I started on Monday. So basically I have been with the company for 3 days and this is what I know so far.

The company is in the middle of growing rapidly with 2 offices in FL and one in SC. There are definitely growing pains mostly with organization. But, it is my experience with any company I have worked for or owned, that is to be expected. It is a sign of success and professionalism.

The GSA Contract Processing Service is legit. I have seen the team of GSA processors and the contracts that they are working on. I have also seen the completed contracts and have spoken to some of the clients GSA1000 has processed contracts for. This is obviously one product that can not be faked or scammed. The GSA application process takes 60 90 days on average IF the client provides all the information needed. The application is roughly 500 750 pages thick. Then it is verified and approved by the US Government. Un-scammable. 39 contract approvals just this year so far. The largest and most successful company providing this service. Period. AND the most reasonable.

GSA1000 has an open door policy. Any company interested in finding out more about GSA1000 and its services can come to the free GSA Schedule Contract seminars on Wednesdays right on site. You will then be given a tour of the facility and shown first hand the truth. It is not an illusion.

Dont believe everything you read on the internet

AUTHOR: Garry F - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, February 26, 2009

There is no doubt in my mind that Peter is a disgruntled former employee. It's a shame that the internet allows people to post negative ( untrue) information about a business without first confirming the validity of the complaint. I invite Peter to call me, Garry F, and let me help to work out whatever the nature of his alleged complaint is. I have worked for this company for several years and have seen many former employees try to ride our coattails, only to fall flat on their face. Bottom line is you can't believe everything you read. We have thousands of satisfied customers . We are the biggest and the best at what we do with a GSA Department that is second to none.
Ill be waiting for you call Peter..........

Again I really think this is absolutely rediculous that this person can spread all these lies about us, but can't even give us a call to let us know what his real issue is.

Peter F. we are still waiting to hear from you to find out what we have done to get you so upset, so that we can make this right by you, like we would do for any of our other customers!

Hardly a scam!

AUTHOR: Phillip - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, February 23, 2009

First of all this person Peter from Winter Park did not provide any proof showing that we are a scam, and I invite him to do so if he truely believes what he has said about us..

I'm not going to make any judgments about him, because I would not want to stoop to his level, but we have literally thousands of references of satisfied customers. Wheather we have done commercial printing for, designed and published brochures for, listed them in our Gov't directory, or helped their Company get a G.S.A. Schedule, we have a neverending list of satisfied customers.

It really bothers me that one person that probably made a mistake somewhere can blame his problems on another company, post it on thew web, and allow everyone that does a search to see.

We have been in business over 15 years providing the Gov't with a directory of qualified and certified businesses in their back yards that have products and services that they need on a regular basis.

We have also, to date, helped hundreds of companies get on a GSA schedule. Most of them would not have been able to do so without our help.

There are only 3 or 4 companies that provide the gov't with such directories and we have been around the longest and we are by far the largest company that provides such a service.

I challenge peter F from Winter Haven to call our office and speak to me, Phil S. and tell me why he feels so disgruntled, and I believe with all my heart we will find out Peter F is not a customer at all, but an ex-disgruntled employee.

And this won't be the first time we have had ex employees try to drag our good name through the mud, because they are jealous they were not able to compete with our company.

Do you really think for one second that after 15 years we would just now be getting our first complaint ever, I don't think so. And if there are any other poitential customers reading this please do not go by what one upset person has tried to spread all over the web. Allow us to give you lists of numerous customers that have actually done real business with our company and you will see immediately that we are hardly a scam!
