First Capital Consumers Group called me and offered a Credit Card with a $2000 limit for a $199.00 fee. I took the bait and they debited my account the $199. on 3/11/02. All I got from them a month later was a package of worthless offers. The return address on the package as well as the addresses for most of the offers in the package were from Bel Air Maryland. I have called 1-416-488-4664 for months and left numerous messages with no response form the company. Ken Tulsa, Oklahoma
