First Data Merchant services charged me for everything including not using the account.  I had accumulated aproximately 250 dollars in fees that I tried to dispute with US Bank but was never able to resolve.  I finally had to pay the charges just to keep my credit clean.  They threaten to report it to the credit agency.  I never did get my refund and I consider this company a fraud and a scam.  Thank You!
