i had just spoken with a represenative from first liberty financial a few minutes ago to find out about the status of my card, and why since i mailed the information to his company on 06-08-01 that i had recieved a call or a response from his company.

the delay was that they had used my wife's maiden name on the application, when i had explained to them that it was not needed to do so. i also asked them why your company did not inform myself of the situation so this problem could be taken care of.

the rep said that he was sorry and that i would be issued new cards in two or three weeks. i will give you an update whether it happens or not. if it doesn't my next phone call will be with the missouri state attorney general's office in
jefferson city.
