THE COMPANY MADE A ILLEGAL WITHDRAWL FROM MY ACCOUNT . THE COMPANY THEN TRIED TO RECORD ME OVER THE PHONE WHEN I TOLD THEM I'M FILLING A REPORT BECAUSE OF THEIR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AND MISINFORMATION OF THEIR COMPANY. THE SUPERVISOR THAT I SPOKE WITH TRIED TO THEN DISPUTE THAT THE COMPANT WILL ASSURE TO LOOK INTO THE ISSUE. WHEN I TOLD HER TO FILE THE CLAIM TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTIVE SHE TRIED TO TALK ME OUT OF THE REFUND. THE LADY DID NOT FILE THE CLAIM AND THE COMPANY STILL WITHDRAW MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ME HAVING ACCESS TO THEIR PRODUCTS BECAUSE I DON'T WANT THERE SERVICES. THE LADY THEN DEBT MY ACCOUNT WITH ANOTHER CHARGE AND SAID IF I HANG UP THE PHONE SHE WOULD END THE SERVICES EVEN THOUGH SHE ILLEGALLY TOOK MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT . I THEN HAD TO REPORT IT TO THE BANK SO THEY WOULD CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. I WANT THE COMPANY TO REFUND MY MONEY THEY STOLE. I WILL TAKE EVERY ACTION TO DO SO.
