After Brian Bleak convinced our company that Fishbowl Software could satisfy our company's inventory needs, we purchased the software along with customer training support.  The entire purchase came to almost $7,000.00.  The 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee was signed.  Little did we know, that in order to utilize this software, several special reports "templates" would need to be created and purchased from an outside "partner" company.  Shortly after learning that our company could not utilize the basic setup for "invoicing", it took from September 2013 - May 2013 to determine that even with an outside "partner" company, our particular report required more capabilities than the Fishbowl software offered.  After painful attempts to speak with our account representative, we later learned he had been assigned a new job position within Fishbowl.  It took several weeks to finally be assigned a new account rep.  Our new account rep., was and is likely the only compassionate human being employed at Fishbowl, and although he totally understood our specific needs, had little if any ability to help.  He only suggested a second outside "partner" company who haggled with our report needs for almost two more months before also determining our inventory set-up (invoicing template) could not be acheived with the Fishbowl Inventory product.

We contacted the Sales Manager, Whitney Taylor and although she offered to pay for the required programming of a special report, she could not accept (admitted her lack of knowledge of the Fishbowl product's database) that her product did not have the programming capabilities that my company's report required.  After one full year of due diligence, we are without software inventory and have lost $6,353.00. It is truly unimaginable and unbelievable, that a company maintains such a ridiculous return policy, especially with the fact that their product could not meet the needs of our company's business processes.

Buyer beware, make sure that you fully understand Fishbowl's limitations with regard to your company's business processes.

I've never worked with such an unprofessional company.  It will be interesting to see how long this company stands with such an incredible lack of customer relations.
