Our company had a similar experience to what others have stated on Ripoff Report. They wasted our time, money and energy for over 1 year. I had to direct and manage every effort. My emails to them are 100 to their 1 they rarely replied or called back. We got our ad, which we've heard is unusual -- some people never got their commercial produced. Our commercial was never aired. We waited and waited; they stalled and stalled. We tried to fire them and get our money back 3 times -- but they always held out the retail carrot, leading us to believe that retail contracts were imminent. No retail contracts ever happened. We didn't get our money back. It was a very traumatic experience for our company. If they had done what they said in the contract, we all would have been very successful by now a real shame. I have talked with 7 other companies and unfortunately our stories are similar.
Warning: When looking for a Media company to help your company grow, never trust what they say, nor believe in the marketing literature or web site, UNTIL you have talked to at least three RECENT clients with finished/completed work and SEEN the work that has been prepared. Then think about signing a contract. Never pay them all at once, no matter what they say they need. Pay them in installments as work is finished. Surely there are some very professional Media Companies out there. We're sorry one of them didn't call us. Do your homework!

Lifestyle Direct LLC was owned and operated by a proprietor who has since passed away from lung cancer at the young age of 54. Therefore, it was closed shortly after. Lifestyle Direct LLC specialized in marketing TV infomercial products solely. Understand, we do not and will not work ever with TV infomercial products. Your postings are false and criminal, nor has Lifestyle 360, Inc. worked with you. Our team of attorneys has been notified and the charges he will pursue are as according: cybersquatting, trademark interference, copyright infringement, alleged torture, abuse, intentional traumatization, and trademark infringement through false designation.
To be clear, our internet attorney will pursue compensatory damages, punitive damages, reasonable attorneys' fees, costs, expenses, pre-judgment interests, post-judgment interests, not counting the other internet crimes acts you have committed. For clarity, 100k per report you post, punitive damages, and temporary and permanent injunctive relief addressing the alleged misconduct. All of it will be traced through your IP address and identification. I hope you understand you have committed a serious offense and our internet crimes attorney will pursue this very aggressively if you're posting continue. More importantly, we will take this to the fullest extent of the law if this is continued any further.
