Fleetwood Manufactured Homes Furnaces they install in their homes made by Coleman Internet, Oregon

I purchased a brand new Fleetwood mobile home in 2006. The first year the furnace went out, they fixed it under warranty. The sequencer needed to be replaced.

Two years later, the same thing happend, of course no warranty anymore and it cost $300 to have the sequencer replaced AGAIN.

Now two more years later, you guessed it, the furnace goes out, I'm told by the furnace company that I had fix it the first and 2nd times that once again the sequencer needs to be replaced.

If this keeps happening every two years I could have purchased a NEW furnace by now!

I contacted Fleetwood, they are in BANKRUPTCY right now and won't fix anyting that is not structural. They refered me to the manufacturer of the furnace Colman/Vexar. They say there is NO WARRANTY.

Fleetwood says they are still building homes and putting these same furnaces in them.

RIP OFF!!!! WARNING!
