Florida State Legal System Screws Up...... Jeffrey Robert Hirschkorn , George Cooper , Jake Goldstien , Jeff Hirschkorn Florida State Legal System Allows criminal to abuse again !!! Internet

In all the cases of Jeffrey Robert Hirschkorn -  !!!!!

He is GUILTY   !!!!     BUT !!!!! 

Jeffrey continues to abuse the legal system as a felon of the state .
He does this thru court appeals , delay , lies .

The bigger crime at this point is that a convicted ( admitted Felon ) doing time for the crimes that were charged in a seminole county court of Law in the State of Florida , continues to Allow Jeffrey to Fraud and Abuse the System..............

Jeffrey has been charged with many many crimes and is doin the time ( for now) , Jeffrey has Violated Probation on these same crimes ( the moment he was released ) , Now again back in Jail for this violation of Probation he is Allowed to still Appeal , the already Decided fate from Judges Decisions who Prezided in these past cases . 

Bankruptcy court should not be allowed to Dismiss any claims of the past restitutions Offered by Past Judges in his Frauds .... OF ANY SORT !!!!   They Did !!!!

Jeffrey Has Harmed Many , His restitutions were Decided and Jeffrey was convicted !!!
His punishments were minimum , and He was Let out ( Unfairely ) But anyway - By the florida Law.

As Presented to the courts and the legal system of Florida , the Proof Jeffrey would Scam and Fraud again without following the rulings of the courts or Judges desisions , in his recent convictions and restitutions and Judgments against him ,

Well Jeffrey Violated and scammed and Frauded again , never missing a beat , Never paying his Due restitution to anyone , Including the courts fair fees or charges , or the Police fees or Charges , or the Victims restitution , or any portion of any amount on any claim against him .

The worthless check Program of Seminole county , Jeffrey abused - and was suspended from for that proven abuse , against that program , ( any and all restitutions or Judgements that came from this proven abuse was reversed By Jeffreys abuse of Bankruptcy court )LOL.
 
The Bankruptcy court and Judges Allowed and overruled the other Courts and Judges past Decisions for Jeffrey to Pay his responsibilities to Victims and or companys he screwed over and over , and ....  This is Illegal ,  and it should`nt be More burdon or cost on any past victims
( AGAIN ), Past victims should not have to pay a fee for the allready decided frauds against them with all the past losses they all incured . For the justice already decided for their past Hurt.
2yrs later have to pay fees again to prove waht has already been decided in court by the Judges who have seen the Proof , heard the arguments and processed the proof .... ( Daaaa )

But The Bankruptcy court is doin just that . Before you Know it Jeffreys claim with Bankruptcy will allow him to say He was put in Jail wrongly to Begin with .... HA HA .... on the State and Legal system we rely on.......

Jeffrey , Will Abuse the system over and Over - Why ?
Because they let him , and It costs the Tax payers Millions !!!!    what a way to save state waisted resources and lots of money !!!
Take a Real Look at Jeffrey Robert Hirschkorns case ! AKA - Peabody Vacations , Global vacations and Travel , ( Go ahead ) Follow all the charges , victims around the world , and especially in Florida ! 
Look at every Appeal for Every charge ! and the reappeals , and the court appearences and extentions , and all the Judges , courts , Lawyers and Public servants and all the time and paperwork that continues to get filed By jeffrey to waist and Delay and etc .... You can save time and Thousands Just on Him .....

Someone Needs to wake Up ( HELLOOOOO ) !!!  Letters to the Attorney General , and the states Dept of Agriculture , to the Postal service , IRS , etc .. seem to go unnoticed or avoided !! 
Jeffrey the criminal works the system from a jail cell in seminole county as you read this ....  

He is doin time for most of the crimes ( NOW !!! )

( Only after they let him out though , to violate what we already told them ),
but Jeff has been able to abuse the system still , with reguard to frauded money ,- from several past victims using  (at the least , Bankruptcy court ) , ( After the cases have been Heard and Decided of course ) FRAUD , Scam was hard enough to get him ( Jeffrey )to Jail from the start !!!!  Now they will let him get away with Paying
( Legaly )  ......
 HE WONT PAY ANYWAY ! But the message is ... he is Abusing and Abusing , still Frauding the State and it looks pretty EMBARASING TO THE Bankruptcy court and the criminal court and all the Judges and The State ,  who cant Even compare notes on crimes against them ( The system ) , from these convicted criminals and Felons they have encarcerated and are still in custody , and the same criminals they Let Out and the criminals that Violate their own Decisions ...... and let them the convicted criminals get away again from their responsibilities so they can Hurt and do it again and again ....  Shame ! Shame , Shame ............ Sorry to all past victims who Lost from the frauds scams and crimes of Jeffrey robert Hirschkorn , Sorry even more to those same Victims who have now been victimized again from the Bankruptcy court Judges of Florida Due to their ignorance and or incompetence............ Hope this can be Stopped before more get Hurt .....!!!!!!
