Robert the owner of Follicle Fuel commissioned me to design a webpage for him. He supplied $500 up front to start designing and agreed to $500 at completion. For no reason, he pulled the plug after 75% of the work was finished. He then stopped payment on the $500 check after it was in my bank account. It withdrew the money and then I was also charged bank fees. He has had problems with almost all of his vendors in the past and is a very shady and dishonest business man.

I am sorry about the 2nd posting, where I posted Follicle Fuel paid. There was some confusion.
He didn't not pay a penny.
My bank reassured me, there was a stop payment on the check that had already been deposited, so they withdrew $500 from my checking account plus additional bank fees.
So now I am still owed $1000, plus bank fees.

I am writing to update that my post yesterday claiming Follicle Fuel had not paid me. There was a bank mishap and he sent full payment yesterday with his sincere apologies. His account is in good standing and his no longer past due with any payments. Thank you, Follicle Fuel, for holding up your end of the contract and being such an outstanding businessman. Apologies for any confusion. Please disregard any negative remarks from my previous post and see Follicle Fuel in good standing.
