for10cents.com False advertising, and untimely delivery of produts won, run aroun when contacted several times over same issue internet

This is an online auction site that advertises to have the cheapest bids in the industry.  After you buy your first bid pack you start bidding on items, if your lucky the auction will be working correctly.  I bid on several auctions to no avail.  Sometimes the highest bidder and top bid did not say the same thing.

They have auto bids that would be placed last and a couple of times it went from having 30 seconds to place a bid to being sold which left you in the position that you dont get to outbid the auto bids.

They advertise that they have the cheapest bids in the industry, which they do start out as 10 cents a bid but now they have changed their auctions where the bids now cost 10 cents for certain auctions, then they have gold auctions which are about 30 cent auctions and platinum auctions which are more than both the 10 cent and gold auctions.

After you win an auction and pay they advise it will take 3 - 4 weeks before you receive your item.  I won an auction on September 7, 2011, i was advised that it would take 3-4 weeks to get my item.  I waited when it did not come, I then contacted them to find out where my item was and was told it would be shipped out in 2-3 weeks, after several emails and getting responses like it will be mailed, then they were forwarding it to a higher person, even after the emails and me actually calling them, with no avail. I just kept on getting the run around no responses, I finally asked for a refund for all my money, due to the lack of me getting my item and since some of the auctions were not working correctly.  I never got a refund of any money I spent on the site which was in excess of $200.00. 

I bid on several auctions and never won except the one item and bid packs,  After all the times I contacted them I finally received my item after Dec 7, 2011 which is three months since i won the item.  I still have not received any refund.  I would advise anyone to think twice about using this auction site.  I do believe that some of the auctions are fixed, and if anyone chooses to use this site they need to watch the auction very closely and make sure all the auctions are working properly.
