Ford And Ford Dealers ford dealer how long does it take to repair a truck at a ford dealer. and dont ask ford motor company to stand beinde there product. that went 3 thousand miles over callahan, Florida

i was on a horse trip to baton rouge la. i just got my truck out the shop here in fl where i live. my truck broke down on me on may 17th. i had it towed to the Robinson's brothers ford . when i got back home i called to shop to let them know why my truck was there. i spoke to mark and told him the oil and water was mixing and i was drinking a lot of antifreeze. and that it would not start. me and gave them some time before we called them back to find out . at this time mark said they are going to need more time to find out why the truck is doing what its doing, ok weeks go by same answer from mark. at this time it was a month.in july we had to buy a truck because we live on a farm and part of my business we have to have a truck. so now its aug. i had a buddy of mine call and talk to mark about the truck he told him the same thing they start it up but wont stay running. he told he was going to replace the oil cooler. stated to him in may it was replaced and should be under warranty.the shop that did the cooler only gave me 30ty days on the part. but since they had the truck since may time ran out. during this time i lost a lot of money . i do pony rides and summer camps and work in the park on sat or Sunday if i don't have events with the horses and ponies. so now its aug.12th. i made a call to the shop talking to the manger of service. h ask my why was my truck there so long. told him they could not find out why it wont run.i took the plane from Jacksonville's fl to baton rouge.the service van picked me up at the airport. now at the shop. i did not have time to get to the bank so i took a personal check. they told me it was not saying it was bad but they could not take the check. later when i called it was cause it was over the amount and out of state.i was treated rudely  by the cashier. finally i got to my truck when  ask could i test drive it she told me sure soon as u pay for it.i took at look at the receipt and they replaced the batteries charging me for the batteries . i just replaced them on may 9th.if my truck would not had at there so long the would not have been dead.i got in my truck to find sodas garbage food and trash. the drivers side door was full or greasy hand prints all over the door. i was upset that they had drank and ate food in my truck and left it there .igo out the truck threw the spoiled food in the garbage. walked around the truck to see  the damage on the right divers side rim and the fender bent . while walking around i found a cover that went under the hood thrown in the back.i got in my truck and was driving i called back to the shop and told them the truck was jerking bad . the service tech told me to drive probably the new parts. so 100 miles down the road i stopped to get diesel. at this time i checked the antifreeze's it was low. took a while gallon jug to fill. so 2 hundred miles i stopped again to get coffee. i took a look at the paper work to see they charged me for oil and antifreeze's. it was low again. at this time it took 2 gallons to fill it . and 1 quart of oil. by the time i got to Jacksonville's. fl it had took 4 gallons of antifreeze and 2 quarts of oil. i got back to Callahan called the ford dealer here  he told me to bring it in and make sure its full of fluids. soon as they took it in the shop it broke down again. they told me the oil was mixing with the water again. so i called the manger of the ford dealer . he yelled at me told me i was telling a lie. i lost $5.000.00 in income. plus the air fare, and the $3200 it took to get the truck out of the dealer there to only drive it back and break down with the same problem it had when it broke down.
