I owe a small amout of money to a creditor, I am disabled, collecting ssi, I only work 15 hours a week, making only 80, dollars a week, they threating to garnish wages and taken me to court over 1272 over a creditor that I owe for HSBC credit card. I talked to a bankruptcy lawyer, no credit card company can touch SSI, I make under the minimal to garnish.
