Absolutely horrible experience, the owners who I understand purchased a long standing operation on recent times, run it like a third world country filled of corrupt people, they are rude, deceiving and abusive, they apply the Bait-and-switch philosophy. They run a hard bargain, pressuring you to have you purchase their product under false pretenses.

In my case, their sales person pursued me strongly to make me contract with them under the promise, of a long standing company presence of the former operators, and since I did not need the product immediately, that they could deliver when I was ready, I mistakenly agreed. They rushed the order, from about 3 weeks to under 2, asked for payment immediately, changed the drawings without my approval, try imposing late and storage fees alleging I had agreed on the purchase contract, as it turn out the contract they had me sign on a photo copy, was not what they claimed I had signed, it actually was simple one page hiding the back copies of pages they never had me see or sign, based on which later they tried to use to excuse their action. They delivered the order incomplete, never even provided the engineering, paperwork, or materials per approved drawings, refused to correct the problems, unless I agreed to pay more, in other words they tried to extort more money to complete the work, as if they were doing me a favor. Lastly they were in addition to it, verbally abusive.

 Once Im done with establishing my losses they will have a law suit coming their way. I would never deal with that caliber of people. STEER CLEAR OF THESE GUYS, THEY ARE BAD NEWS
