Fortis College Fortis Learning, Fortis university, Xray limited scope Bogus!! Murray, Utah

 I too, was a Fortis graduate, in their Xray Limited Scope program. I was on the Deans list and Honor roll throughout the program, never missing one day. I worked as well a job while going to Fortis.
 
  Upon graduation I was required 120 hours in my field of study. After 3 weeks I was not getting any xray experience and doing urine tests all day for patients at a so called pain clinic. I asked the school program director to give me a new site ( we had a contract that stated if the 1st one didnt work out-the school would offer a new site) I was told that I should be thankful I was placed-for they did not have any other sites. I ended up quitting that site, distressed and lack of getting what I paid for. Because I had "quit" the school said I was on my own and had to find my own site and to do it quickly, for if I didnt I would not get my certification and or be able to test for state exams. I found my own site-no thanks to Fortis. I finished my 120 hours. 

 Geared and ready for my State exams, Hopes high, I took my tests and I did not pass any of the tests. Many of the questions was not anything we ever covered in class. Yes it was in books-but the curriculum did not cover it. I was 1 of 4 to my class and NONE of us has passed it. None! 
 
 Fortis , now is offering the same program, but with added classes. Their responses to us the consumer is always the same. They have offered to allow us to sit and or to be tutored. I think a college that charges the HIGH fee they charge should be putting out students that are able to pass the state exams. Or they should NOT be teaching this program at all. When I left the campus, they were playing the bait and switch game, telling us we really should all consider getting our Medical Asst Certs...It seems to me Fortis is JUST out to turn a quick buck at the price to the consumer and the Fed Loan programs. I now have 2 student loans to pay back and NO education of any worth to show for it-or a new job in a new field.
