Kustom Films is one of Jesse J. Clark/Jesse John Francis Clark's fraudulent wedding videography businesses.

Unfortunately, Francis was able to detect that Kustom Films was a scam and as a result, Jesse ("Cory") chose to write a false review as he has been known to do to other videographers.

For 4 yrs now This report has tarnish my name and made it difficult to obtain new clients via freelance. I didnt know there was a report about me until a potential client mentioned it.  At the time I was so confused I didnt know what was going on until I came across this site. This kustom Films LLC company decided it was wise to lie in a digital age. EMAIL was the only way we communicated, thank god for Gmail I still have the whole entire convo.

In the Email, it states that I was asking about payment transactions. This Corey guy from Kustom Films wanted to pay me days later after I did the shoot.  I told him that I didnt know him, havent worked with him before to have that kind of trust. So i told him I need a deposit to start and the rest after I did the wedding.    

He was not even in town to meet with me, everything was email.  I didnt want to get screwed over especially in a crazy town like Las Vegas, so I was trying to make sure everything was secure.  The last thing you want to do is do some work and not get paid for it.  So when I asked for the deposit he made an excuse and said he was not by a "computer" but once again we were emailing eachother. So you can see how that can look to someone you never met, you are not by a computer but you are emailing me with some kind of electronic device that has computer characteristics.

So i kept telling him that I didnt know him and it would be better to do deposit now then the rest later.  So after going back and forth about payment, he decided to finally get to a computer (so he says) when he could have done that when i first asked. So i stopped replying to him.

Now this REPORT says he PAID me $250, wheres the RECIEPT or INVOICE?  Paypal should have it in the history tranaction window if such a thing exist. The email i was using to talk to him is not even my paypal address, so how and who did he send this $250 too? And why would he send the whole $250 when all i asked for was the deposit, which was half. Whats more interesting is the Police Report, where is it?

This Corey guy got mad because he didnt prepare the logistics of the job.  So he LIED on me, as you can tell in this email no paypal address was even given.  I am a Single Parent and I cant believe an LLC company would risk their reputation and tell a bold face lie like that.  

I can provide a history of my paypal, i have had this account for more than 10yrs.  You will not see no payments from Kustom Films LLC.  If there are any lawyers reading this, i would like to discuss this. I have a lawyer already thru Legal Shield, but if there any special type of lawyers for matters like this, contact me. I have all the emails and my paypal history, all my PROOF is electronic and accurate.

I see that someone tried to help him out with advice in the comment section. You would think the guy would have tried to reverse or even show some kind of proof that he is telling the truth, but its hard to tell the truth in a LIE.  I think this is messed up that without solid proof, someone can tarnish a reputation just like that in a blink of a eye.  

Im a good artist, that is why there isnt a bunch of rip off reports about me and I've been living in Vegas since 2012, this was a personal attack and JUSTICE needs to answer. The fact that an educated black single parent trying to succeed in life is threatening to some people he never met just justifies the state of mind this nation is really in.

contact Paypal and reverse the payment. You should at least be able to prove that you had an agreement with him to show up to work. I guess you cannot prove that he contacted you to pay him before the work, but if you could then you should be ready to show that to Paypal. You need to do this quickly because Paypal has time limit to file for charge back (could be 7 or 15 days).
