First of all let me say you bank should get the companies to refund your money. Since you did not authorize the transaction the bank should then return at least 2 fees caused by these fraudulent transactions. Their #is 877-807-4709 which is third party belfort Capital ventures 5220 W Desert Inn Rd ste 120-381 Las Vegas NV 89117. I filed complaints with Consumer affairs and the Federal Trade comission. you can go to the website at www.membershiplogin.com username: customer651 password 651651 is universal to explore the site. Everyone that has been a victim should do something these people are crooks and should be procesuted.My bank was the olny way to get my money back. Now they are lying saying I signed for their services and I know I did not. There are over 30 complaints on this site regarding this company. And that is just the complaints think of all the people who did not get their money back. It is sad that this company rips you off then will not talk to you then lie about getting your consent.  GOD bless you and please do not give up on your refund and these people should be prosecuted
