Freedom Subscriptions ripped me off. I had applied for a payday loan, instead I got ripped off for $49.95, plus overdraft fees because I didn't have the money in my account to cover it. So now I'm out $79.95. I called their little customer service line and they said they would take care of it. Well low behold they take more money out of my account the next day. So now I'm out another $19.95, plus another overdraft fee. Giving me a total loss of $131.90. All of the transactions were unauthorized, and I'm trying to work with my bank to fix the situation. If anyone decides to sue or finds out anymore information on the company please let me know.

REFUND

AUTHOR: anonymous - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, December 14, 2009

I have responded to several people regarding this company as I was Ripped off as well. I don't know how to go about filing a class action suit but we should. This company seems to think because you applied for a pay-day loan and the fact that they have you ip address means that you authorized the debit and it does not. First of all let me say you bank should get the companies to refund your money. Since you did not authorize the transaction the bank should then return at least 2 fees caused by these fraudulent transactions. Now let me provide you with the information that I found regarding Freedom subscriptions. Their mailing address is po box 52080 sparks NV 89435. The physical address is 5190 Neil Rd Sparks NV. Their #is 877-807-4709 which is third party belfort Capital ventures 5220 W Desert Inn Rd ste 120-381 Las Vegas NV 89117. I filed complaints with Consumer affairs and the Federal Trade comission. you can go to the website at www.membershiplogin.com username: customer651 password 651651 is universal to explore the site. Everyone that has been a victim should do something these people are crooks and should be procesuted. My bank was the olny way to get my money back. Now they are lying saying I signed for their services and I know I did not. There are over 30 complaints on this site regarding this company. And that is just the complaints think of all the people who did not get their money back. It is sad that this company rips you off then will not talk to you then lie about getting your consent.  GOD bless you and please do not give up on your refund and these people should be prosecuted
