FreeLotto.com.NY has made multiple charges to my credit card ending in 0115 for $9.99 each. At a minimum, I want to be credited back for these charges of $9.99 pe month for a reasonable period. I also do not want anymore charges going on there for this at all. Idealy, I would like to have credit for the last years on this credit card only because it seems to have been at least 3 - 5 years maybe more, since FreeLotto.com.NY stopped putting their telephone # on the credit charge information. When they were doimg that any time you could question or contact customer service for issues. Because they do not show thier number any longer, it is like you are stuck
with whatever they want to do. It is not fair. I need this charge to stop immediately as it does not pay off nowhere near to what the cost is to me.
I am on fixed income and have been since I have been trying to get a phone #. PLEASE HELP ME !!!
