Front40, Entrethought, the Entreprenuers Guide Bait and Switch Management Consulting, Committed Fraud Atlanta Georgia

Front40, The Entrepreuers Guide and Entrethought are a spin off from the notorious International Proft Associates management consulting group which has bilked thousands of companies over the past 20 myears. The Partners of Front 40 all with exception of the CFO worked at IPA and most were senior C Level Executives.

Front40 is currently a phone number and office space from going out of business. After losing a lawsuit to a company located in Atlanta for providing uncertified and dishonest consultants to the tune of 150k the company nearly folded until an injection of hard money was loaned on recievables. Unfortunatley for the lender the recievables never materialized and the company has terminated any business activities. except for those individual clients who are unaware of the companies lawsuits, evaporated activities and mis handling of cash.

The lawsuit I mentioned was arbitrated and was found to uncover Front40s un professional consulting techniques. Consultants were presented as quailied, experienced.. (previous IPA hacks) and were found to be out and out liars. Certifications for services sold and performed were fake and no existent. I.E (An Attorney with out a liscence), Business Evluation Certified Expert with out certification. The Judge rendered a decision to Front40 to pay all consulting fees back, 150k.. which they collected up fron, spent on there operations plus 100k in legal fees. Front40 had to take out a loan to pay the suit off and has left all employees, investors and clients all out to dry. 

The principals and partners of the company, Brandon Stevens, Kevin Delp.. Actually his father.. (so he could hide ownership from his wife who is divorcing him for infidelity..), Larry Allen, Don Carr and Bob Bates all are complient with the lawsuit and have had to continue on a shoe string to keep clients paying the bills. They are still seeking new business with another former employee of IPA Brian Spady. Spady is now the new front man for Front40.

Currently Front40 is marketing its self as a call center for other business consulting type companies utilizing messaging stolen from IPA.. Im not sure who has stolen what since both IPA and Front40 reputations are so intermingled..

Bottomline.. another spin off from the failed George S May model, leading to the convicted IPA modelnd now has lured and fraudulently represented itself and stolen money from clients under the guise of an article in a magazine about the small business owner.. which turns into a rippoff and fraud.
