Fulfilment International Corporation Dishonest fraudulent Billing Coldwater Michigan

On 29 January 2004, my wife and I received a phone call from Tim Talley of Fulfillment International Corp. offering a holiday and a great price.
My wife took the call and was told the cost was US$937.00 (AUS1237.48)plus port charges and taxes to be paid later.

We accepted the package and paid by Mastercard over the phone.

In early February 2004, we received the complimentary leather luggage, a CD and the reservation request forms for a 3night cruise to the Bahamas, 4 nights in Mexico and 4 Nights in Orlando.

On 21 February 2004, I sent the reservation request forms to Fulfillcorp to reserve our holiday from 15 June to 1 July 2004.

On 26 February 2004, I sent US$538.00 (AUS$701.25 + AUS$30.00 transfer charge) via a Telegraphic Transfer with the ANZ Bank being for Port charges and taxes, etc for both of us.

At this stage we thought everything was going great, but then our daughter told us she was pregnant so we had to cancel the Holiday for a future date.

This package was available to be used for 12 months from date of purchase

We decided to delay the Holiday til late 2005, and paid a US$100 (AUS$140.29)fee to extend the holiday an extra 12 months.

Still, we thought everything was going great, until I decided to have a look a their website last week Thursday and I was unable to enter that site.

I went to the Yahoo search engine and was shocked to see your website report on Ripoffs by this company.

I have emailed the company on 2 occasions since and have had a standard email rely saying exactly the same thing, basically to keep it short, 'sorry, but bad luck' is what I got from the email.

Could you please help us in what we can do, as we have lost quite a lot of money, over AUS$2000.00.

From what I understand from your website, this company has been in trouble well before we made our initial payemnt in Jan. 2004 and was probably insolvement already.

I firmly believe that this is fraudulent to the extreme, so any assistance in getting our money back would be fantastic.

I have contacted the FBI in Detroit by email, but have had no reply.
