MATT WAS CONTACT WITH FUNADABLE IF THAT IS EVEN HIS NAME THEY GOT ME GOOD I IGNORE YOUR COMPLAINT AND I PAID THE PRICE $2000 PLUS $99 AND THEY DIDNT JUST STOP THERE THEY WENT IN MY ACCOUNT AND TOOK ANOTHER $99 I AM SOOOOOOOO ANGRY AT MYSELF BUT NO WORRIES YOU DON'T SCAM ME WITH MY HARD EARN MONEY AND WALK SOONER OR LATER I WILL FIND YOU FUNDABLE.COM

This is an actual email from Fundable after paying over $2,000:

Hi Keith,

We help you raise capital with all the deliverables we've sent you. We provide you the professional copy and design for your profile with the help from our team. We also delivered all the marketing and investor materials to help you get in contact with investors. We sent you a list of investors that would be of interest to you. We also sent you materials to help you with your pitch to investors, including email pitches. We strongly encourage you to get in contact with investors through LinkedIn which was provided on the list. We do not do specific marketing or outreach for any of our clients, we merely provide you with all the materials and assets you may need. At the end of the day, you and your team will need to actively reach out to investors and you will be pressing send on the emails. Being housed on Fundable allows you to be visible to our active investors as well.

Fundable has less to offer you than their competitors such as Angel List offers you for free.

After spending over $2,000 for the help of their investment consoler that I was assured would get me noticed and funded I got nothing but a list of News Outlets and Investment Companies general email addresses. What I got from them was worthless. You can find better with a quick Google search.

In addition, they state this on their website home page “Find Investor Capital - Start reaching out to investors today. Our extensive investor database is immediately available and looking for investments.” I am not sure if this is a play on words or a complete false advertisement? They do not allow you to contact or reach out to any of their investors in any way what so ever. Zero – no contact – none!

Here is the answer to my complaint. Is there anything here worth any money at all? In fact they refer me to LinkedIn! OMG…

Fundable is a self-service model company, depending on the pricing model you choose.  If you only pay $99 or $179 a month, it is a self-service platform by-and-large.  They will answer your questions and help you out when asked, but you're expected to pull your own weight.

Only when you pay $2000 will Fundable do things for you, so that you can sit back and relax, as it were.

The analysts there are experts in getting people funded, but they are not going to do it for you - you ask them for guidance and help, they tell you what to do, and then you go do it.  If you choose to contact thenm their resources and advice are amazing.

Fundable has the highest rate of successfully funded companies due to the expertise and guidance of the funding analysts.  Kickstarter, e.t.c. other competitors will not help you out and guide you like Fundable does.

A lot of people feel Fundable should just run your entire campaign for you, but that is not the service they're selling.  Starting a business is hard work, and people should know that before trying to get one funded.

If you're really curious about them and their offering, actually call them and talk to them.
