Funtonia no refunds and no ringtones for my money funtonia ripped me off Internet

i went on funtonia website first everything looked good it even said 1.99 a month unlimited downloads wasnt until after i entered my credit card info it told me that its 1.99 a month but a years payment is charged up front not only was that ALL my gas money for the week but i cant get any of the ringtones either they downloaded on my computer but only like 1 second plays but it was sapposed to be sent to my phone i contacted them about it they told me the link must be highlighted well i cant highlight links on my phone then they told me i have to go buy a usb cord well i checked out those cords and they run 50.00-75.00 i shouldnt have to buy extra equipment for that then what i buy that spend more money and it dont work either i contacted them about a refund and was given the run around about 2 weeks after contacting them they said my request was forwarded to there billing department after not hearing anything for a week i tryed contacting them and at first my emails went through but didnt receive any answers then all of a sudden the email link is broke im am furious they dont have no physical address or phone number you call or write to its strickly email and no replys are coming back my way i would like to participate in any lawsuit there is against them monica medina, Ohio

i was emailed by abigail the customer support team and was charged 27.88 + 1.00 the 1.00 was charged first to make sure MY credit card was good here there checking me out there the ones whos no good
