Spoke w. Mike (1-800-233-0968) - from there customer service department 06/29/09 today finally after being on hold for 1 hour.
He quoted that he is not willing to accept and return the free Sample bottle back and will not reverse the Charges of $87.13 for the sample that was suppose to be "free" as per their website, due to their Policy and procedures stated on there web-site. Which has by now changed totally as appose to the way it was the day we ordered the "free" sample for $0.99 shipping only.
That it is a trial for 14 Days which if the product is not returned by then that the regular shipment will stay in active status until canceled. Which I attempted with several individuals after I learned (3 days later after ordering the product), but they never gave me an order confirmation number.
I had offered him to take all products back and reverse all charges, or I will report them to the better Business bureau, and make a fraudulent activity charge case against this company by court he was unimpressed.
He did not acknowledge any of my requests, and kept quoting his companies terms and conditions.
I told him I will return all products back today and any future shipments via registered mail and proof of delivery, still he is willing not reverse any charges.
He did confirm the fact that I had called in before to cancel any of these products, none of the options or verbal statments where to return the product to be in compliance with their policies! Even there automated return order system did not provide a confirmation number and/or any spoken text to the fact the products have to be returned to not encounter anymore charges.
Finally he offered an RMA -# for the last shipment #xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx.
Based on this I will send him all item back in a registered mail package to provide evidence of my returning of the useless products.
Due to some more research on this company and the way they have created their web-sites, I found out that this is Florida Maffia owned company. It is high time that these guys get shut down and put in Jail permanently.

Your response to just call the customer number and you will get immediate relief is untrue. At this writing I have been on the phone for 2 hours calling the number just waiting for someone to answer. After about 20 minutes I get an automated message that simply says "Thank You for calling" and am immediately disconnected. I have seen your same response on this website, authored by different people with almost the same wording.
Based on that I would believe that you are from the company and are only trying to counteract all of the negative comments. The support lines do not work and neither does the email
I will be contacting my bank on Monday and then the Attorney Generals office and then the press.

You can negotiate your way out of fwm lab scam. Call 866-949-0138. I asked them to keep me out of their customers' list and I won't bother them again. From there on, I have peace of mind.
