Gallagher Bassett Terrorists class action against GB as mant we will stand a better chance of being heard. San Diego California

If anyone has any info on a class action suit regarding Gallagher Bassett, PLEASE post it on here so we can all get together and do something. I only asked for $3000 and the claim was denied even though their client took responsibility and apologized repeatedly. I can't find a lawyer to represent me for that small amount.

Returned to work after devorce because my ex-wife did not whant to be married to a broke cripple so I served her papers hoping to spare her the agony I faced.I consumed large amounts of self procured medications. While working in a very dangerous profession. I was wounded a second time in Texas while working on a steel transmission line when a co worker had his hends smashed and caught under a load of 55 foot long wood poles used as guard structures over freways and other power lines while pulling Larde conductor.

I went to the emergency room with shoulder neck and back pain c-4c5c5- c6 were herniated as well as L4-L5-L5-s1 were herniated and my right arm was useless After I could no longer stand the pain factor I was not able to work and was discriminated against and fired by my company Quote(does not have proper medical release)this was the second termination from the same company in two different states while under a doctors care and I bielieve this is illegal, still refusing to authorize medical treatment prescribed by my treating Doctor.Demand for qualified Journeyman power lineman is at an alltime high I could pick light duty jobs thru our union hall but Kept getting fired for what my supervisor called political reasons. any rate I lost everything.I had two attorneys the first was Robert Taylor who quickly filed wrongfull termination and discrimination suits against my former employer and then mysteriously quit working on the lawsuits.

My newest self procured medical treatment was an exprimental disc cure program at UCLA medical center Biotech medicin that worked well within 1 second I was pain free an I thought I was cured but the dr told me if I whent back to heavy const it would fail and it did after six months it was $2500 for 1 cc and worth every penny.I was forced to go back to work due to lack of funds and medication treatment and so on. In 5-02 I recieved surgery By Dr Chui at the spine center in thousand oakes california at the time I was homeless and living i a 12 x 12 hut in the jungle of southeast asia with a new wife on 140 a week in PD before surgery for about three months GB did pay PD payments of 170 a week but by the time their bank in delaware was finished it was 140 and then stopped the payments for two monthes prior to surgery while requesting me to reschedule surgery pressuring me and inticing me with an PD advance of $2500 if I rescheduled I refused.

They nearly starved me to death along with my wife the pressur was enormous I was not able to afford any pain medication strong enough to work for many monthes I laid in the jungle wishing I Would die.GB would not pay for transportation other than airfair which at the time was $530 RT I paid for hotel, meals, and transportation, whhich left me pennyless of th out of the the three hundred dollars GB did give me the riembursement of the disc cure and called it a PD advance I recieved the money fed ex the evening before my flight was to leave at 7:00am I left all but $300 with my wife to pay for the bills that accumulated during the two monthes prior to surgery I was paid nothing.

Forcing me to travel 10 houers at night on very dangerous roads. A semi truck passed us throwing a rock through the front window traveling 20 miles with no window we finally found a store open and reinstalled the window I washed the glass from my eyes and we continued I coulden,t se very well an I missed my flight due to their b--- sh-- and nearly getting killed in the process.I pulled out two of my retirements which took 9 monthes and sought self procured medical treatment again after the surgery failed on the six year old injury to my cervical spine.

I did hire a lawyer here and they are helping me with the nesecary paper work it took 4 monthes many e-mails and faxes and I finally was awarded a Manditory settlement conferance the Honorable Judge Rosa Presiding GB was using every lie they had to denie treatment here after being throwen out of the er three times denied emergency medical treatment for an undisputed claim for undisputed injuryies I was humiliated and treated like a criminal and lier when I was telling the truth and it was Gallagher Bassett who was lieing I waited for three weeks at the hospital in the same clothes, that I was not welcome at in the first place because know I owed them money, while Dennis Kemp Parrs Lawyer swore up and down he was trying to get me treated and later stated in court, The Hospital would not except payment we all laughed Hospitals will take any form of payment here but will not take insurance companies word they will pay them, for obveous reasons.

I am now making small steps in the rite direction but its one small step forward and three steps back.I was picking up on the Judges anger twords Dennis Kemp. And I am know doing paperwork he asked for A treating Doctor was decided on and A hospital was decided on but no treatment or payment arrangements have been made yet I am know up to about 140mg of moraphine a day and its not working that well anymore 2mg IV some days I don't need it but I am paying for it all myself GB refuses t riemburse me for anything and out of the two retirements I had cashed in I have about $25 to last till whenever stressfull YES definatly I won't proof read or spell check my writing because I can't sit too long.I will be homelesss by the end of the month if nothing happens for the third time and will have to start liquidating the few belongings I have with little or no chance of recovering them I feel I am at this point begging for relief from these terrorists and that is what they are and that is what they do on a daily basis to anyone who dosen't have a extremly noticable perminant disability to a judge.
