Dear David Withers,

I am unsure why you would post such false comments about this. During your order, we informed you that you needed to register an account with the keys we provided you with. Once that was completed, Blizzard Entertainment had a major downtime on transfers, and it was taking up to a week for them to actually complete the process.

As far as I can tell, we did nothing wrong, we did not scam or harm you in anyway, and it is clear that on the 24th of October 2008 your order had been delivered.

Also, we are not affiliated, or owned by any of the companies you added in this complaint. We are our own separate entity.
