Garage Door Doctor Abusive and Rude, Won't repair their shoddy work Charlotte, North Carolina

I had garage door Doctor come out in February of 2013 to replace a broken spring at a cost of $365.00. My Brother-in-law was at the house and this work was completed, and my Brother-in-law was given the receipt.
This past Sunday evening 04/21/2013 at about 8:30 the cable came off one of the pulleys, and we could not close the garage door. Garage Door Doctor advertises that they come out on nights and weekends, So i called the number on the sticker he left. When I called the number I got his voice mail message saying that he was on the phone, and to leave a message. Then the recording said the mailbox was full and could not accept any more messages. I continued trying to contact the company, even calling their Raleigh number, where I did get to speak to someone who said he would try to contact the Charlotte office and have them call me.

I was unable to contact anyone that night, and never received a call, so I guess the person in Raleigh either could not contact the Charlotte office, or he didn't try. I called again at 7:45 Monday morning, and was greeted with a tirade from Mark Brummond, Who is the Owner of Garage Door Doctor, for the number of times I tried to call Sunday night. I won't go into the details on this website, but Mark was very crude and abusive, and kept on  telling me to read the guaranty on the receipt, which I told him was not given to me. After being called names by this man I really did not want him back at my home, but I did want the warranty honored. After a brief time Mark said he would be out in " a couple of hours". My Brother-in-law stayed at our house all day waiting for Mark, or one of his technicians to show up. When i returned home from work at 7:00pm no one had been out, I had checked in during the day, and had tried to reach Mark to get an idea of when they would be there. None of my calls were answered or returned. 

I called another service Monday evening, and they sent a tech out  at 9:00 Tuesday morning. David repaired the door, and had to rebuild the spring That Garage Door Doctor had installed. It seems the only thing Garage Door Doctor did right was to use the correct spring, and even that was a substandard part that I will have to replace soonert than I would like to.
I called Mark after the other company had finished and told him not to bother coming out, and that if he did I would consider it Trespassing, and that I would be seeking legal council. 
DO NOT use this company, they will be friendly up front to get your business, but if you have a problem with their work they are Rude and abusive.
