I paid DG logo design (now GB logo design) 160.00 to create a new logo and stationery for my business.  After a great deal of frustration, one of their designers - Lee Kennedy, eventually sent me a poor design that I could have easily created myself.  (I had eventually given up on the endless revisions that were needed, as he consistently failed to come up with any new ideas himself).

Just after receiving my logo however, Lee Kennedy stopped returning my emails, and I was eventually passed on to another designer- Jennifer Appleton in order to design my stationery.  
Despite my disappointment in my logo, I attempted to try and get some value for my money and worked with Jennifer on producing the stationery.  

However more than 2 months down the line in doing so, I have no stationery, no response to my emails, and no telephone call in response to my request to speak to the manager.  (This entire process from the logo design to now, has taken over 8 months).

I posted my query on their Facebook page, but it was deleted and I was duly blocked.

They have rebranded themselves from DG logo design, to GB logo design, with a new web page (that looks exactly like their last).  This I wonder, may be a means to escape other bad reviews that are circling the internet?

Please do avoid at all costs. They promise the earth, deliver nothing, and really do not care in the slightest.
