Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Two representatives offered a settlement on my account. When I called back to accept the settlement and make payment, the "supervisor" sees no history of the offers (even though the representative I spoke to prior to her did) and claims the only settlement is for more than what is even the balance on the account! When asked for corporate information, she claims there is none. When asked if calls are recorded (so the initial two calls can be pulled), she says yes, except for supervisors. How can two different people give an offer which has now all of a sudden disappear???

I know why it disappeared it is that "Elusive Phantom" that seems to show up when things disappear or they can't figure out what to say. They even screw the "Elusive Phantom" It has never received a pay raise for billions & trillions of years. It is definatly due for some serious "Overtime"!
I myself have never seen this "Elusive Phantom" it just shows up when they can't explain where this money went & that money went etc.
If you go online & see all the judgements against this EVIL CORRUPT BANK you will understand why they are changing thier name to Synchrony Bank. This bank along with pay pal have so much money they have made by defrauding the consumer & now defrauding the USPS millions is just pocket change they need to be fined in the Billions & Trillions.
That is how much money they have made "Illegally" how they can continue doing business with all the fraud they have & still commit to this day? Your guess is as good as mine they should be "Shut Down" permantly. This video clip I made shows actual comments from an employee of GE Capital This is how pompous they are. THE STORES THAT USE THIS BANK ARE JUST AS CROOKED & BY NO MEANS ARE THEY SAINTS! This is not the only bank out there. These stores get a piece of the action. They need to be invesigated too!
