GEHA (Health iNsurance Company) Government Employee Health Association Dr. office was visited. Prior to visiting the Dr office,the GEHA website was consulted and the MD was a member of the plan,it was also confirmed by the MD himeself at the visit.  Independence Missouri

The family plan I purchased clearly indicated that a doctor office visit has no deductable. So,when I received the bill from my Doctor I called the customer Service line and asked them what happened. THey said the MD was not in their provider data base. I mentioned the fact that I had the  GEHA web site copy  that I printed out prior going to the Doctor and that clearly showed  the Doctor was  in their provider list. And I also told them that the MD himself confirmed it before he examined me. They response was they had to go to their data base and recheck the list  and they would call me later for the result. a week later I called them back and demanded the answer and follow up. They said their systems were  down and they needed 30 to 60 days to update the system. And hopefully,they said,they would be able to tell me if the Doctor was   on their provider list. Anyway, Please remember this name  GEHA stands for Government Employee Health Association. Please is there anyone who can come up with a solution. It is really more complicated than a Rocket Science in this case. Thanks

Ripoff amount close to 10,000 dollars for 2013 one year.,the premiums .  Only one Dr visit for the whole year 205.92 dollars still pending.
