I also purchased a radiator and Air to Air from him. Mine leaked almost from the begining. I posted the complaint on here and the BBB and The Yellow pages and The Truckers Report. Within a day I was contacted by Jim finally after leaving 40 messages. I was able to get most of my money back after I removed the reports(but then put them back up after I recieved my money).

as it has taken from marc 2008 till now for this company to respond and the fact that i no longer own the truck or the business I would only bee in a position to return the said radiator for a refund as I still have the supplied radiator because of the lack of ethics and customer service on the part of the company I was forced to fit a new radiator and i kept the old one from them just in case they ever changed their mind and decided to fore fill the contractual obligations to me. if they are they are willing to full fill their obligation as in the warranty as advertised I would be willing to accepta check in return for the radiator as this was not a new radiator as I was led to believe and I have had to pay to have this repaired two more times since my last communication.
Why has it taken this inordinate amount of time to respond as I find it very hard to believe that after all this company put me through that they have had a sudden change of heart or to that matter a change in business practice.
You have my address and telephone number if you wish to arrange for the return of the radiator and a refund to be sent to me.
Thank you peter ward.

as of 08032009 still no further actions by these people to resolve this issue and I keep being given the run around with things like it must have been stones or vibration from rough roads or not fitted properly and so on I have also contacted the trucking news paper that general radiator advertised in and they have been assisting me with this mater they are known as truck paper and they advertise trucks and truck parts I spoke to a don brown there and he said that he would try and get this matter resolved so far no return of my calls.
the better business bureau has sent them a letter and has had no response from them and left the case as unanswered and a bad mark against them
these people do not seem to care about anything but taking your money as service and customer satisfaction are not in their interest or vocabulary I strongly recommend that you beware and do not buy their products and services.
