HAS ENTIRE SPIEL OF HOW HE HAS "EXTRA" THEATER EQUIPMENT HE WILL GET FREE MONEY FOR BECAUSE IT WAS GIVEN TO HIM BY MISTAKE. TOOK ME FOR $800 WITH LIES, DECEIT, FAKE BOOKLETS, LICENSES, BROCHURES. I AM FILING CHARGES TO HAVE A WARRANT PUT OUT FOR HIS IMMEDIATE ARREST. HAVE ALREADY FILED FRAUD REPORT TODAY 8-18-2011.

Got hit by him as well. Not sure if it will help. But he claims that he is a legitimate business and that this an "all sales are final” type of purchase. He says he is protected by the law and blatantly touts that you can’t legally touch him. But I am pretty sure the FTC "cooling off period” regulation applies and can be used against him and other "legitimate” mobile businesses. This law states that you have until the third midnight to have buyers remorse for these types of "door to door” or temporary location purchases. So if you do get scammed by him, might want to go after him from that angle. If enough people file FTC complaints, maybe they can go after him. The phone number listed above is still good and it is his cell phone. Hopefully people will see this and mybe find a way to stop him...or at least cause him enough trouble that it isn’t worth it to him.

Hey there , I was scammed by this guy yesterday, what a sucker I was to fall for his con. I can't believe I was soo naieve !? What ever happened with your pursuit of this thief ? I would really like to know what we can do to get this guy in trouble with the law.... Tax evasion? I am sure all the cash deals he does go un reported. Hope to hear from you soon
