Geraldine E. O'Kane, esq Fraud Clifton, New Jersey

I read a "Ripoff Report" suggesting that attorney Geraldine O'Kane provided inadequate service to a client by excessive billing while providing little service. The writer of this report also suggested that Geraldine O'Kane's legal skills are inadequate. I find this very difficult to believe. I have retained Geraldine for a very complex divorce case and have found her service to be excellent. She has worked with me to obtain a very good outcome in a divorce case which involved large amounts of money in multiple accounts, a house and custody of two children. The case became even more complex when the other party in the divorce died while the division of assets was still incomplete. Throughout this case she has provided excellent guidance in very complex matters while charging very reasonable fees. I do not know why the person who wrote the original report felt "ripped-off". Perhaps their case was weak and no lawyer would have been able to help them win. What I do know is that my experience in retaining Geraldine O'Kane to represent me has been very good and completely different from that described by the writer of the original "Ripoff Report".

She is a treacherous liar and the lowest form of scum. She does what she can to "Rack up the bill" by innundating the client and opposing council with endless letters, correspondances and phone calls. She and her l*****n counterpart Ellen Gold will do what they can to create an atmosphere of contempt and anger.

She is known as a "junk yard dog" and that is about right.
