Placed order on internet at getgripgo.com on website it said buy one at $14.95 plus $7.95 P&H and get one free for only the $7.95 P&H. I only ordered one grip go but was charged for two, so the buy one get one free was a lie.

I was charged a total of $61.70. I tried to call the customer service number but kept getting told all lines were busy then it would disconect. tried to call the ordering line but orders are not done by a live person but by a computer.

Called my credit card company to rip possible scam and they said they do not show a charge pending from them. So does that meean they will hold my card number and then charge it at a latter date after I think everything is going to be alright?
