Firstly, their advertising is misleading. You think you're buying a product for $4.95, then 2 weeks later you get charged 89.90.

I returned the product as the company specified, and they received it back per ups on october 16. I've been waiting for my credit card to be reimbursed since then to no avail. First I'd have the money by November 23 and i called my bank to start dispute process. i was told they have 30 days from the date the item is received back to them. So they legally had until November 16 to return the funds. Still nothing, so i've decided to handle this through my bank and cease trying to get information from them. Turns out they aren't even responding to my bank phone calls.

Don't buy anything from these rip off artists. Wish they had a facebook page so i could broadcast this to millions!~

This customer, Vicki B****, has been refunded in full for 89.90. 

As stated in the TERMS AND CONDITIONS that the customer, Vicki B****, agreed to - our program works like this:

Giavonie skincare offers a 13-day free trial period for you, the customer, to try our products first before being billed the 30% discounted price of $89.90.

When you sign up with our program, you agree to be billed a processing/shipping and handling fee up front before receiving our two 30-day supply products.

From your sale date, you have 13 days to try the product before you are billed. This is all explained and written on our page, PRIOR to you entering any payment information at www.trygiavonie.com. We DO NOT have this information in fine print or hidden on our page by any means.

We allow our customers to try the product first and within 30 days from their sale date if they are not satisfied with the product they may return the UNUSED portion of the products to our warehouse for a refund, that is, if they have been charged.

We do not accept our merchandise past 30 days from the customers sale date. Please reference back to our website if you are unsure of our Terms and Conditions, at, www.trygiavonie.com

WITH THAT BEING SAID: Generally, from the time we receive the products back to our warehouse and they are processed it takes up to one billing cycle / 30 business days to see a refund. Vicki B**** was refunded 34 full calander days, NOT business days, after we received her package back to our facility due to the fact that we were closed the holiday. We remain honest and fair to our customers.
