 Your user agreement as of july 6, 2011  at the bottom of your site says'' We do not control the information provided by members. Please use caution, and common sence. Also Gigmaster will not be liable for any direct incident. All of this is confusing to the public. Your Gigmaster buyer protection says Accountability, held at the highest standards of professionlism. Yet I no for a fact that you don't even make sure the people up there have business licenses. Also under ground economy is a problem on your site. I did a check and on one page half of them had no license and sent out employees. Highest standard professionlism, that blows that theory. You are acting as a agent, gigmaster is collecting money and you are giving the people a list of 10 different bids to pick from and taking up to 20 percent. You have customer support they can call your staff. This is all part of your buyer protection policy. So guess what You are liable and responsible as a 3 party agent for all these people you send out. You do have a hand in it. I am not an attorney but I think one needs to look at all of this. And what is up that you can send out people without license and you have the right to disguard trademark infringement laws. You have full pages of trademark characters, and trademark jump houses under events. It must be great to be you,and not have to follow laws.  Does your buyer protection accountability standards held at the hightest professionlism include you?  It must because at the bottom of your page it says,TRUST ,and Accredited , and BBB, but thats not on your members you send out, just you.  All I saying is someone needs to take a hard look at this company, this is my personal opinion. I do not claim to be an attorney, just a parent who wants to no that my kid is safe if you said trust you.  BUT WE FORGOT TO READ YOUR AGREEMENT.
