After my bank admitted its mistake and gave me a signed letter to the effect by the branch president, Ginny's still charged me for a returned payment. With $10,000 in the bank, an $80 payment should have gone through but Ginny's would not accept the bank's letter and refused to drop the $25 NSF fee at their end. (My bank did make restitution to me on its end.) After dealing with two layers of non-native speakers of English, which took twice as long to even get my question understood, I paid them off to shut them up. The irony is that the goods provided were cheaply made trash that had to be thrown out anyway. Avoid this purveyor of garbage and especially avoid their usury rates.
