Miami is a place of fakes and unreliable people but GISELLE VANDERFRIFF won the crown. She has a store where she sells doors and we made the mistake of buying one from her. The story goes like this: the door came late, damaged and she hid herself not returning phone calls for a week. After tons of texts and phone calls we made she sent us a different door saying that it was the same one we bought. After our contractor told us that the door didn't have the standard codes for the city she confessed it wasn't the one we paid $4,000 for. Now she says she is going to order a new one that might take 2 months to arrive! She doesn't want to give us the money back. She is the ruthless and more unprofessional person we have had the bad luck to work with. NEVER EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE TO HIRE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL "SELFCALLED DESIGNER".
