In late June I decided that I wanted to buy a nice claddagh ring for myself with a nice engravement, something that would make me feel better when I looked at it. Well, anyway, Glencara was the first website that I found with a pretty cheap price, and the website looks very real, so I didn't hesitate to shop there.

The shipping method is priority airmail- keep in mind it is supposedly shipping from Ireland- and it is a promised 4 day shipping. I recieved an email on June 29th saying thank you for my order and if I have any questions to call their toll free number. I recieved another email on July 1st saying my order has been processed and should ship via priority airmail within 24 hours, and that I should receive my purchase within 3-5 working days.

SO, in other words, my purchase should have came around July 8th or July 9th, but I recieved nothing. Since my confirmation email did not come with a tracking number, I emailed Glencara on July 5th asking if there was a possible way to track my shipment, which got an automated reply saying that there is a backlog in emails and if I have an urgent issue please put "Urgent" in the email's title, and that they aren't answering phone calls at the moment.

I didn't think my issue was all that urgent, and that I should just wait a few more days before taking other actions. On July 10th I recieved yet another email saying not to rate them poorly and to reorder the idem, but this time put the shipping method on express so that they are sure they don't lose my order again.

It was then that I became a little suspricious, and decided to take a look at my credit card statement before ordering anything again. I saw that "TRK Holdings," whoever that may be, had indeed charged me on my VISA, so why would they need me to order it again if they already charged me for the first? I called the credit card company and they informed me that they could not get ahold of Glencara, and they gave me credit back and would take further actions.

I request that NOBODY shops at Glencara, they are scam artists. Please save yourself the time and agony, and order from elsewhere, even if it is a little pricy.
