Herbal Smoke shop Ripped me off!!! more than a month ago I sent an internatioanl order from europe with $102, i ordered a legal bud combo, and untill today i didn't hear or see anything from them! I sent emails, messages via their website, and i also tried to call for 4 hours non-stop. I NEVER heard back from them, and teh phone number is ALWAYS busy!!! so much for claiming they have 6 lines and multiple operators!!!

Some people recieved their order and there was only wild lettuce there!!! I wish i at least recieved wild lettuce instead of nothing at all!!!

I believe that Derek is the only one running this scam! he is the only one with an email (which he never replies to), a "direct" telephone number (which he never answers and its always busy"!!! Derek you have so much time on your hands replying to these ripoff reports, but no time for your customers and to answer their emails!!!

We will take all mesurments against you and your scam!!!

Well first of all i would like to give the person who wrote this report my thanks and a joint. I was just about to make a big mistake. I was going to buy thousands of dollers of Herbal blends, Pipes, Papers,Hookas,.... from this website and the page went to an error page for some reason. When i had searched herbal smoke shop again i found this report below it and that saved me from making a huge mistake and almost buying into this scam. I think you should get a lawer and get this websight pulled off the net and save hundreds of others from wasting their money on wild lettuce even if they get that of course...Im a practicing buddhist and i dont regualary get angery with many people but this guy went too far if i wasn't a buddhist i would go find this guy myself and teach him a lesson. but anyways thanks again and i hope you can get this guy off the internet. peace be with you Stev.

JOSEPH ROGERS he is a scam artist....he also uses the alias Bob and Derek on this website he runs the company Herbal Smoke Shop, along with a few others, his house address was forwared to my email account last week, i campaigned all over the internet 2 years ago looking for this a*****e since he stole 300$ of mine, i finally recived his house add and had it verified...anyhow JOSEPH you are a ((((REDACTED))), this isnt a joke and you can talk all the s**t you want at me but its a done deal you are gonna pay a*****e

Everyone please, just go to the other reports on Herbal smoke shop, there is a report with photos of this product! See for yourself! It looks like someone vomited lettuce into a bag. Mostly, Bob never responds to anyones questions that prove his company/ customer service are horrible! He just keeps regurgitating lies.

So , we are a secret rip off, but we respond to all of these RIDICULOUS POSTS, most from NON CUSTOMERS within 10 hrs right? because we have horrible service right? LOL!

So now another post complaining about our phone operator hours? lol!

We are an ONLINE COMPANY sir, and offer 24 hr ordering and customer support via the internet. We offer 24 hour , yes TWENTY four HOUR customer service via email. 99% of our customer service and sales occur VIA THE INTERNET. Perhaps you should email us, rather than posting more MEANINGLESS CRAP all over this complaint ONLY website.

If you have a problem, just contact us rather than post on this complaint only website. If you listen to this website, every major company in the world is a rip off, when the reality is we have less than 1 in 5000 complaint ratio. 1 in 5000. Email us or call if you need assistance.

Herbalsmokeshop ships 30,000 packages a month, and has serve MILLIONS since 1998. There are about 10 real complaints, and all are from customers who just didn't contact customer service. If you can't find your receipt, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER, before you start posting BS. If you can't find your tracking #, check yOUR SPAM FOLDER before you post BS on this complaint only website. It is very simple, we have less than 1 in 5000 customers who have a complaint, and if they do, all they have to do is contact us. We have better customer service than 99% of online businesses, offering 24 hr, 7 day a week support INCLUDING HOLIDAYS. If you beleive the CRAP posted on this website, than EVERY MAJOR COMPANY IN THE USA is a rip off! If you beleive in this ridiculous website, than every time you use your att&t phone, or verizion, or sprint, you are supporting a rip off. If you use your HP or compaq or gateway or dell computer, you are supporting a ripoff. When you drive your ford, chevy, mercedes, etc you are also supporting a rip off. When you go to mcdonalds you are supporting a rip off, when you buy nike sneakers you are supporting a rip off, and when you pay your mortgage to wells fargo, the nations leading lender, if you believe the CRAP on this website, than you also are supporting a rip off. We have been in business since 1998 and shipped MILLIONS OF PACKAGES and have about 20 complaints from real customers who did not contact us when they had a problem. So customers who read this can do the math. Less than 1 in 5000 people have any issue, and if there is an issue (like if ups delivers and you are not home) just EmAIL or call us. That is it. This site is bs, most of these posts are clearly false from our competitor, and if there every is a problem, we offer the best support in the industry. ok here's another fishy aspect of this company...

they sell so many products right? so why do they have business hours that are equivalent of a PART TIME job? The business hours change so much, that it couldn't be as big of a company as they say. Im sorry but 9-3 or 9-4 is not how such a "flourishing" business conducts their business hours.

at that rate, you couldn't pay ANYBODY for full time because youre not open full time.

my business doesn't ship out near the packages you say yours does, and were open from 7 am to 6 pm every day to conduct business smoothly.

your whole company just reeks of bullshit, but nobody wants to realize it until you burn them.

THATS HOW YOU ARE STILL IN BUSINESS

No matter how much great job you might have done in areas of cutomoer service and delivering products worldwide, that does not make your products any good! The ped dwan pills you guys used to sell were half empty and were not that strong, all your buds are pathetic and I everyone should just trust me on it, and for your vaporizers, u know how you guys cross out a "regular price" and show a sale price?/ I can buy you atleast 3 of ur diplayed vaporizers for that prize froma reputable headshop...the only reason u guys re in business is because in ur first few eyar u guys ripped enough dollars and even today due to drug lawas some people will eventually fall for cheap and stupid highs cuz they just want to get f**ked up:) Hope this helps you bob :p

Sir, if you have a problem, why aren't you emailing support about it? Do not say you have, because I monitor the email support and there is no record of any customer from your country emailing us in the last 14 days. Our toll free # is for us customers only. If you did not receive in NICOSIA perhaps they are holding it in customs because you have to pay import tax.? I can gaurantee that anyone who reads this can call 1-866-437-2748 during normal business hours of 9:30-5pm eastern std time and get a live operator. Half of our responses to this complaint only board do not get posted. WE have shipped HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF orders since 1998 and have about 30 complaints. We have less than a 1 in 1000 complaint ratio, which is a 99.9% satisfaction ratio :) If you listen to this website, you will see every major company is USA listed on here. That means verizon, att&t, wells fargo, cingular, etc etc. Even mickey mouse is a fraud if you pay attention to this complaint only website.

I had placed an order two years ago with this company and never got it, i wrote 2 weeks AFTER the date they said it would be at and all they said was that they had shipped it and to be painet, how can you trust a place that says that after you wait the amount time given then add 2 more weeks just for good faith. I never got my money back when i did write and inquire about it they never got back to me. Also just as a point of interest they have several sites that they operate from, which seems odd to me

You can try and contact GLE but they will not help. I have a case pending and will give them nothing but the best if it gets resolved, but until then...

Amongst the many names, GLE also goes by H&H Enterprises, Herbal Smoke Shop.They also market their products to to a wide market and claim that their products compare to illicit street drugs. To all those in disbelief that HSS/GLE is being defended by people with no interest

To chime in...first off, I am neither Derek nor Rocky, nor anyone other than an HSS customer named Brad. I've never even met them...but I can say my experiences concur with Rocky's. I've never seen so many people get upset about the company being defended.

Every response to a positive rebuttal results in an attack on the person, along with completely outragious accusations that we are being paid or perhaps we're from HSS writing peices of fictional consumer feedback. Kind of makes me wonder if all the complaints are actually from the same person!!(...to paraphrase another complainant's counter-rebuttal regarding "the style" of the letters.)

Obviously, positive feedback of any kind is not encouraged in this forum.

I've had repeatedly good service from them over the past several months...consistently. I've had friends sample their product and they liked it.

And, seeing as this a consumer advocacy forum, I feel it serves the public better to see an alternative viewpoint that NEEDS to be said.
The viewpoints in this letter are solely my own and were NOT paid for by ANYONE.

I am a long time costumer of HSS and have nevere had amy problems with their billing, shipping or any other department. I have never waited over 4 to 5 days at the longest to get my package and all my purchases have always been great. I think this company is probably the best for what they sell. I've ordred froma few places and they are definitely heads and tails above the competition. If you are thinking about ordering from them I would say go for it. I have never had a problem and stand behind them 100 percent.
