Global Resorts Network Is Unethical Money Making Scheme Ripping Consumers Off - Don't Join..Read This!, Internet

The author of this complaint has the right to express her opinion, as we all do.

However, while we are all entitled to our opinions, we are not entitled to our own facts.

She judges Global Resorts Network as an “Unethical Money Making Scheme Ripping People Off, yet uses as evidence for her judgment a web link reference to a YouTube video by a man by the name of Greg Taylor..

If you take the time to watch the video, Mr. Taylors first claims to be a best selling author on Amazon (for his estimated 40 page book "Cheap Holidays"), he goes on to tell you what a horribly bad deal Global Resorts Network is and that for a much better deal of $697, all you need do is go to the website earn500overandover.

The problem with his suggestion is the website is non-functional.

Hmm...I delved further to learn more of Mr. Taylors amazing better deal and found gregtaylorblog.com. There, I discovered he offered an even better deal than his first seemingly non-existent one. By simply using Greg's generous by 'invitation only', you have the chance to become a member of Bon Voyage Elite where you can join for a one time lifetime membership fee of only $287....wow! what a deal!...beats the heck out of the earlier $697 deal, does it not?

Alas, another obstacle though, if you eagerly rush to the site Mr. Taylor suggests, cheapholidaysinfo.net, you see below the video, the instructions: Receive Private Invite Submit Name & Email

But again, to your dismay, you discover there is no way to submit your name and email....

Drat the luck! Oh well...sounded good anyway...

By all appearances, Greg Taylor’s “best selling book” is primarily a sales pitch for a ‘condo resort product company’, he just seems to find it a challenge which one he wishes to promote on any type of consistent basis.

Back to the complaint.... to say she realized 'she had been duped' implies she was tricked or deceived, but there is no evidence that supports that statement, at least from the example she gave.

Moving on....the author of the complaint then states: "I have since learned there are several condo resort product companies that have 3 times more inventory than GRN in 150 more countries and all of these sell for less than $1,000."

And goes on to say: "I discovered  Hemisphere Travel Group is the Company that provides the resort condo inventory for the few companies that sell it for under $1,000. They all are business opportunities like GRN.

I tried to contact the owner of the above mentioned site using the address provided in godaddys 'who-is' lookup feature.

I know it will sound crazy, but my attempt to contact the site owner resulted in the reply: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently and No such person at this address"

Hmm…again....Could this be the explanation as to why when you go to their site you can click on buttons and it does not go anywhere???

And ‘if’ there is no way to find more info about the Hemisphere Travel Group, where did the complainant obtain the information in her claim that “The Hemisphere marketing companies have the same Gold Crown resorts plus three times more resorts in 200 countries and UNLIMITED Hot Weeks starting at $100.”??

To her credit, she did admit making a mistake in judgment, and said she had to take responsibility for her poor decision. However, she still is lacking a bit in accepting full responsibility by redirecting the majority of blame toward GRN.

The time to research a rather substantial purchase is ‘before’ you buy, not ‘after’.

I am empathetic to the author feelings, but at the same time, I cannot blindly accept her attack on Global Resort Network.

She said she was emotionally and financially devastated and calls it a ($5,000.00 LOSS) since, as she stated, she can not ethically go out and sell this money scheme to others!

First, there was NO purchase required in order for her to sell GRN products 'if' she chose to become an affliate. Second, she bought a product that she can still use and there is no need or requirement to sell produts to others. Could she have bought a better, less expensive product? Possibly. She claims so. Yet she fails to offer verifiable evidence.

So, it is in fact, ‘not’ a total loss as she suggests. She can actually use the product and save money if and when she chooses to use it. She can sell it. Perhaps not for what she paid for it, but she still has that option.

I am not questioning her morals and ethics, but I mustquestion the evidence she presented as facts when the majority of them can not be substantiated.

I am in agreement that the Global Resorts Networks products are a bit pricey, but again, the responsibility of the choice of whether or not to buy something and/or if the perceived value is worth the asking price lies ultimately with the buyer.

It seems if a couple were going to buy a GRN package given the prices of the GRN packages she gave that it would make better sense for them to each buy the 10 week deal for a savings of $2500 and still have a total (together) of 20 weeks per year.

Perhaps, that is not allowed. I personally know no one who can afford to vacation 20 weeks out of each year.

I just felt the complaint was overly harsh and offered no viable solution or alternative.

Global Resorts Network's products do offer value and potential savings to those who buy them and actually use them. 

GRN no longer operates as an MLM company, but still accepts affiliates who wish to sell their products. Again, there is NO purchase required to sell GRN products.
