So I moved into a property back in June of 2012 and had to pay a deposit of $165.00 to have my services turned on and then I was told that if I signed up for automatic withdrawal and paid my bill on-time that the money would be refunded. I did both deposit and signed up for the auto pay feature that they offer and call today to notify them of my move and they tell me that I have to pay another $165.00 deposit. I of course was livid

I wanted to know where my deposit was and why they were chargind me another $165.00 deposit after I had paid my bill ontime through the auto pay system since June 2012 to present. They of course kept trying to explain their reasoning behind the $165.00 charge and this is the only provided in Maricopa, AZ It just makes me sick that they can do such a thing! You can best believe that I am printing out all my payments and will be at their door step to dispute the additional charge and find out where the heck my first $165.00 deposit is! SHAME ON YOU GLOBAL WATER!!!
